Exit Interviews

The Parting Company Exit Interview process provides a robust framework to better understand the expectations, motivations and drivers that contribute to an individual choosing to exit an organisation.

In consultation with a group of registered Psychologists, Parting Company has developed a generic set of exit interview questions designed to assess the key reasons for why your employees are parting company.

Delivery
The exit interviews are delivered via an online survey which is administrated through Parting Company. Additional options are made available if you require the interview to be administered face-to-face or over the telephone.

Reporting
Results of the exit interview are collated through our system and developed into an easy to read report. The reporting is conducted on a quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
