Exit Interview Process

The survey should take no longer than 30 minutes of a participants work time, and includes a mixture of multi-choice questions and open ended items.

In order to administer the exit interview Parting Company follow a process that ensures prompt and accurate reporting. The process is as follows. An import form is completed by the client and the details of the participant are imported into the Parting Company system. The exit interview application is then sent via email to the participant. On completion, the data is compiled into a report and sent to the company's HR Manager. Data from all staff can be collated and reported on quarterly, half yearly or yearly. (Fees may apply depending on reporting requirements)

Additional options of face-to-face or over the telephone exit interviews are also available. These options are conducted by one of our experienced consultants during normal business hours.

All completed exit interviews are held in a secure location with minimal access and not on personal files.

Reporting

Parting Company reports are produced on a quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis and provided depending on package purchases. These are available in hard and soft copy or on CD Rom.

Our reports are collated over time and can be provided over specific timeframes, bringing a holistic view of employees' reasons for leaving. These are also represented in numerical and graphical format.

Strategic Workforce Planning

From Parting Company reporting, Consultants can be made available to provide analysis on data trends. These can be converted to recommendations for business process reviews, specific project development areas, workforce planning and professional development.

Our Consultants are able to provide presentations to boards, executives and senior management, to assist in the decision making process. Further to this, formal consulting at the organisations request, can provide project staff and training options to facilitate these outcomes.
